I've always enjoyed watching movies, as a child my grandparents would take us to the movies every Friday and Saturday night and we would see whatever was playing.  As I got older, I really became burned out on going to the theater but I still have a love of movies. (That was the most first world problem statement I've ever read, please forgive me) When it comes to movies I am very specific in the genres that I enjoy, or more specifically that I don't enjoy. All of that being said I don't go to the theater that often, but in the last month or two there have been 4-5 movies in the theater that I have really wanted to see, recently we saw two movies in one week.  One of them I'm not going to say what it was..okay it was Bad Mom's Christmas, go ahead and judge.  The other was Murder on the Orient Express, we have yet to see Justice League and Thor:Ragnarok (I know we are awful). I love Spoilers.  Whether it is a book, t.v. show or movie, I want to know what I am getting myself into.  Growing up I would always read the last page or two of a book and I never understood why, especially since the last page you are dealing with different characters and situations than the first page. Before I agree to see any movie, I find myself going to the spoiler websites and read the synopsis of the entire movie, my justification for this is that it is a money saver. Why?  There have been countless times I have gone to see a movie and I have left the theater disappointed that I wasted the $10 and two hours of my life. I find that knowing what is going to happen makes the whole experience better for me. It doesn't bother me knowing and I like to see how it all unfolds. Just in case you have ever wondered why spoiler sites exist, it is for people like me.  My most recent example of a spoiler making the movie experience better for me was La La Land.  I know La La Lan

Christmas shopping on a budget

'Tis the Season!! I love the Holidays, they start for me in mid-September. Mid-September is when the weather is starting to become bearable, I feel like I can go outside without my skin melting off (imagine the end scene in Raiders of the Lost Ark, that is me in the summertime). We start the holiday season with different Halloween gatherings, then we roll right into Thanksgiving and before we know it Christmas is on the horizon. Last year during the Christmas season I was very frustrated as I have a lot of people on my Christmas gift list and I waited until after Thanksgiving to buy gifts. I felt that it was a drain on my pocket book and as though I was just phoning it in. I love giving people gifts, I find a lot of joy in it, however I love giving people the right gift. As I've gotten older I've fallen into the habit of putting off shopping and just buying a gift card at the last minute. I decided to make a change, I was determined to start early and put more thoug
